The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all. The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.<br /><br />- If you wish for real possible things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.<br /><br /><center><u>Step Two</u></center><br /><br />- Surf around your friendslist (or friendsfriends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:<br /><br />You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Mysterious Skin fic, Lysander/Demetrius fic (SHUT UP OKAY), Greek Mythology fic, Justin Finch-Fletchley/Ernie Macmillan fic... any kind of well-written, obscure fandom that I'm interested in -- or even one I've never talked about but you think I would like. :D! You don't even have to write it. I just want some. xD<br />2. A random or anonymous email, IM, comment, whatever, telling me I'm not completely worthless. Yes, it's fishing for compliments, but a) I haven't been writing lately and that makes me feel icky and self-concious and b) IT'S CHRISTMAS, DAMMIT.<br />3. Suggestions for or actual DVDs of* really good gay movies. To give you an idea of what I've seen/liked, <i>Juste Une Question D'Amour</i> and Mysterious Skin are two of my favorites, and I also liked History Boys and Latter Days.<br />4. Slytherin merch! Hot Topic has tons of Slytherin t-shirts, hoodies, etc, and they're also having a huge sale... hand made stuff is also awesome. :D :D :D*<br />5. New music. Stuff you think I'll like, stuff you know I like, whatever. I'm cool with mp3s, mixtapes/CD mixes*, or just a suggestions of a name of a song or band and a link to a YouTube video of theirs. (Things I like: Franz Ferdinand, alt rock, wizard rock, Arctic Monkeys, Death Cab For Cutie, Gravy Train!!!!!, one-hit wonders, 80s and 90s music -- 90s especially)<br />6. A new obsession! Give me a fandom, pairing, or just a book or movie that you really like and we'll see if it sticks. ;D<br />10. (I'm not deleting my words, so don't explode; I'll just have an author charachter who was writing. Or something.)<br /><br />And now I'm starting without a plot, without an idea, without anything.<br /><br />Actually, all I have right now is this.<br /><br />"He woke up without his alarm going off, which was weird, but even weirder was the fact that the light in his room was on and there was writing in blood on his wall.<br /><br />Huh.
